Creatures of the Lair
Jen aka Mrs. SpookOne of the two owners, operators, creators and producers. I come up with different ideas for our haunts every year. I draft up layouts, designs and take it to the drawing board with Mr. Spook. Along with final designs that are different every year, I help build and create the haunts. A true labor of love! Hello it is I, Mr. Spook! Ha Ha HaOk to start off I am one part of this PumpkinMan team. The one on the top is the brains of the operation, the one below is our webman/video editor, you will meet him in a minute. Now, I'm the research and development departmemnt. So, Mrs. Spook comes up with the idea and I have to try and retry to get it to come together. Oh yah, did I forget to mention that I'm also the contractor and builder. Erik Minske aka Erik the WebmanI
was born and raised in Owatonna, MN with the love and support of my
relatives and friends. My family has been getting together and
celebrating holidays in full swing since I can remember. Halloweens
were always at my grandparents' house here in town. We'd order pizza
and just enjoy each other's company and conversation after a night full
of trick or treating and fun. The Halloween celebrations have since
been moved over to my cousin's home here in town and if anything it's
gotten bigger and better ever since. In past years I've been anything
from an energetic poka-dotted clown to a blood-drenched armless zombie.
In the end I like using my height the best. 6'5'' lends itself well to
zombies and frankenstein-esk monsters. Now i'm helping where ever I can
to bring Kyle and Jen's dream to life.
Beware of the BeastMan I'm one of the crazy wicked friends of Mr. and Mrs. Spook. I love to make you scream! At PumpkinMans Lair, I am lurking around waiting for 2008. I might be transformed into another creature, but no matter what I will get you to scream! We like to have fun on Halloween and its for everybody, even my little beasts come and I get a good scream out of them! In 2007, I was a part of the Jensen Haunted Manor haunting the graveyard, lurking and hiding giving everybody a good scare. I did some video work for the haunt and as you can see I'm proud to be part of the BOO CREW!
BatBoyIn 2007, my bat cave and my bat friends were hanging around waiting for all the trick or treaters to come in. There were treats in my cave and it was fun to give everyone goodies. I am Mr. and Mrs. Spook's youngest little spook and I help out where ever my little spook hands can help! The thing I like the most is craving all our Halloween pumpkins! I love to dress up and go trick or treating too! I helped build the spooky maze and I plan to help build even more this year because my hands are bigger and I can use a hammer!
Here I am helping build the maze in 2007.I could fit in small places and decorate our haunt. I am a big help!
You should check out the "Gavin tour" on our video of 2007. I did some video for our haunt it was pretty cool, I showed everybody what we were doing and to have a Happy Halloween! Hope to you this Halloween.

Daughter of DarknessBOO! How do we manage to get such weird pictures of ourselves! I'm proud to admit I must have my mom's crazy spooky eyes! Don't be afraid to compare pictures! I think I am slowly becoming as spooky as my family! I tell you, its been fun helping build a whole different place on Halloween! I get to help pick out costumes, if the Halloween stores aren't too scary! I get to help with painting props and help tease my family by keeping all our haunted secrets until they come and get a treat on Halloween! I had the most fun helping decorate our glow-in-the-dark room! That was cool! My teeth would glow in there!
Here I am with my cousin, I'm showing her what our wicked witch is cooking! HaHa! I helped make our creepy cauldron glow and added some bones to top off the brew! All the stuff we do and I know all the creatures in our haunt, I still get a little scared but its fun! Its fun to go trick or treating, and I tell everyone to come to our house! What a way to remember Halloween!

Yes, it runs in the family. I am Mrs. Spook's devilish sister and like her, I love Halloween too! I love to dress up and my favorite is to be a vampire. I am the notorious vampyress thats searching for a victim every Halloween. In 2007, I was a part of the Jensen Haunted Manor, handing out lots of goodies to all the trick or treaters. We go all out for Halloween and have fun doing it. Back when we were kids, we all went trick or treating and we want to keep that tradition alive. Houses turned into haunted houses with spooky decorations and creepy sounds always add to the halloween excitement. Now, PumpkinMans Lair is coming for 2008 and I have lots more goodies waiting for all you brave ghosts and ghouls. So come join us!
